Rt2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for or using rt2's services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with all provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rt2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Use of the rt2 platform is restricted to individuals who are:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Residing in or accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is legally permitted;
- Not listed as a person prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any relevant authority;
- Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Rt2 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or closed immediately.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the rt2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or inaccurate information at or after the point of registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for:
- The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or otherwise;
- Notify rt2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Rt2 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a user disclosing their login credentials to another party.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the rt2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
The key provisions relating to transactions are as follows:
- Deposit: Funds deposited into your rt2 account are solely for the purpose of using the platform's services. Deposits are processed via the methods listed on the platform, including local e-wallets and Malaysian bank transfers.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. rt2 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be displayed in the user account section.
- Suspicious transactions: rt2 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold balances for investigation purposes if any suspicious transaction activity is detected.
Deposited funds do not earn interest. rt2 is not liable for any losses arising from delays by third parties in processing transactions.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the rt2 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform;
- Engaging in fraud, result manipulation, or any other unlawful activity on the platform;
- Using another person's account or sharing an account between users;
- Uploading or distributing content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise rt2's systems in any way.
Rt2 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Services may be temporarily disrupted for maintenance, system upgrades, or other technical reasons. rt2 is not liable for any loss arising from such service interruptions.
Rt2's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the active balance in that user's account at the time of the disputed incident.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Account Policy
Intellectual Property
All content on the rt2 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of rt2 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from rt2.
Third-Party Links
The rt2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. rt2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
Rt2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice if:
- The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
- There is any suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or security threats;
- The user fails to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe;
- Account has been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's internal policy.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Rt2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the latest terms.
Continued use of the rt2 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
